Strengthening a subscription-based SaaS product with senior UX expertise
17.08.2026
An international product team developing a subscription-based SaaS solution needed to strengthen its Kraków-based team with senior UX expertise. The role required more than proficiency in design tools. The specialist needed to understand subscription models, contribute to product decisions and collaborate effectively across business, technology and global UX teams.
Infolet provided an experienced UX Designer who joined the project in March 2026 and works directly within the client’s product organization.

The need
The client was developing a SaaS product based on a subscription model and needed an experienced UX professional capable of working at the intersection of user needs, product strategy and business processes.
The assignment required a specialist with extensive experience in UX and a strong understanding of subscription-based products. This was particularly important because the role extended beyond interface design and involved supporting product decisions as well as the evolution of subscription-related processes.
The engagement
Infolet provided a senior UX Designer with experience relevant to subscription-based SaaS products. The specialist joined the client’s Kraków team and became part of a multidisciplinary, international product environment.
Working closely with product, development, research and UX stakeholders, the designer supports the team in translating user needs and complex subscription processes into coherent product experiences.
The specialist’s contribution
The specialist brings together insights from user research, product requirements and subscription logic to support the development of the SaaS product. The work includes shaping and validating product concepts while ensuring that the resulting experience remains clear, consistent and aligned with the wider product ecosystem.
As design decisions affect multiple areas of the product, the role requires close collaboration across business, technology and UX teams. This enables the client to integrate senior design expertise directly into the product development process rather than treat UX as a separate, execution-only function.
Current project status
The project is ongoing. Since joining the team in March 2026, the Infolet specialist has been working directly with the client’s product, development, research and UX stakeholders.
As the engagement progresses, the case study will be expanded with examples of implemented solutions and their impact on the product, users and the client’s business processes.
