The Consol company has requested our assistance with software development. Due to implementing a new project, the client needed new competencies and knowledge. Time was a big challenge; the project would start a few weeks later. It was also important to avoid transferring specialists who worked competently with the current ones to the new project.

The cooperation began in 2022 and is still ongoing.

• The first step was to find and understand the client’s team’s actual needs.
• As we detected competency gaps, we focused on finding the right specialist.
• The next step was to develop the principles of collaboration and appoint a manager responsible for the Infolet specialists team.

The client was able to start the project without any delays, and Infolet consultants quickly grasped the specifics of their tasks.

Infolet consultants contributed their know-how to the project, thanks to which the efficiency of software development increased significantly and, simultaneously, the number of software errors decreased.

Outsourcing resulted in cost reduction by eliminating the need to employ additional staff.

Currently, 7 Infolet engineers are working on projects. As the client’s requirements grow, we arrange a new team of experts.
