Work in a team envisioning the future, designing end-to-end solutions for in-field users across diverse areas, including government, public safety, and enterprise
Be an integral part of a growing team that is involved in strategic and innovative projects that will lead the company's vision
Collaborate with UX researchers to capture and synthesize insights from the field to enable UX designers to ideate, prototype, and deliver designs to development teams to make them a reality
Contribute to future envisioning efforts in the form of design exercises, brainstorming sessions/workshops as needed within the team
Be someone who will approach each project as part of a greater strategy.

3+ years as a professional with a proven record of practical work experience as an interaction, product, or user experience designer and having consecutively delivered comprehensive and intuitive end-to-end solutions
Passion for research-fueled rapid ideation
Self-starter and a strong desire for team collaboration
Demonstrated compelling storytelling skills as well as a command of design thinking principles and best practices
Strong ability to articulate reasons behind decisions related to designs and solutions to stakeholders, customers, and the engineering team
Experience with visual design and design systems with an emphasis on systemic design frameworks and practice
Ability to collaborate with the team on complex design challenges but also take ownership of designed solutions
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience with Figma and other industry-standard wireframing tools.
