PROJECT

As the Technical Training Lead for the company's platform deployment, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure the successful adoption of a new DevSecOps platform within the company's engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to develop tailored learning experiences that empower the company's workforce to leverage the full potential of this platform. We are looking for an experienced and independent individual who can work independently and juggle different tasks.

YOU WILL

• Develop a strategic training plan and roadmap for deploying the company's platform.
• Work with subject matter experts and project leads to define content for online learning platforms and classroom training.
• Collaborate with the learning team on creating and maintaining training materials and videos for e-learning, ensuring content remains valid and available for learners.
• Support communication team by organizing practical seminar sessions for adoption teams.
• Simplify processes of accessing training and promoting it across channels
• Manage content on the learning management system, in collaboration with a global LMS Specialist
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand deployment objectives and training needs
• Drive ongoing assessment of training needs by implementing feedback mechanisms and monitoring trends
• Ensure training content is tailored to the different user roles and levels of expertise



MUST HAVE

• IT-technical background
• 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a technology or engineering environment
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and accessible training materials
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written English (min. C1)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Cornerstone and Skilljar Learning Management Systems
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Basic design and graphic editing skills and tools
