YOU WILL
- Translate market trends, customer requirements, and product vision into detailed specifications and effectively communicate these to development teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, guiding them through the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements, and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and plan sprint deliverables.
- Partner with program and project management teams to monitor feature implementation and ensure milestone achievement.
- Develop and execute structured test plans for prototype software validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based services, APIs, and web-based engineering tools.
- Conduct engineering tests and coordinate software proofs-of-concept (POCs) to evaluate feasibility and applicability.
- Lead project management activities from initiation to launch, managing KPIs and project plans across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee deliverables to meet project objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed.
- Establish best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with Product Development Process requirements.
MUST HAVE
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated success in delivering international projects, including ownership of business targets and industrialization
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
