PROJECT
We are looking for someone to join the company's team in the "Voice of the Customer" department! We're seeking an individual who combines the skills of a Data Analyst and Customer Support specialist and is comfortable collaborating closely with other teams – especially the company's UI/UX team, which oversees company websites' user experiences.
YOU WILL
- Work on a project that blends data analysis and customer support, with a strong focus on collaboration with the UI/UX team to analyze user behavior and contribute to improving customer experience.
- Manage surveys on the company's websites using Qualtrics and gather valuable insights from the company's customers.
- Occasionally provide customer assistance, helping them navigate or understand certain aspects of the company's website.
- Work with Salesforce to track user interactions and help optimize customer experiences.
- Analyze data to find patterns and trends that can help improve the company's services.
MUST HAVE
- Willingness to learn and an open mind for new challenges
- Strong communication skills, including comfort in asking for details
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Fluency in English, as you will work in an international team
- Relevant education background or currently pursuing studies
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Qualtrics or a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or a desire to learn
- Experience with Salesforce
