Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable backend solutions built with Python.
Define and oversee the architecture of high-performance gateway and proxy services supporting enterprise-scale environments.
Lead the implementation of secure remote access solutions connecting IT and OT environments.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Security Researchers, and Engineering teams to deliver security-focused features based on Zero Trust principles.
Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, security standards, testing, and continuous delivery.
Support the professional growth of your team through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership.
Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate software delivery.

3+ years of experience leading software engineering or R&D teams.
5+ years of commercial experience in backend software development using Python.
Strong experience designing and building distributed, highly available systems.
Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, and RDP.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption, and secure access architectures.
Experience working with enterprise-scale backend systems and real-time traffic.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) in daily software development.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Angular or React.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry, especially with VPN, ZTNA, or IAM solutions.
