PROJECT

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in co-creating innovative technologies that anticipate and prevent car accidents. You will work closely with clients and various product stakeholders, including Project Managers, hardware engineers, software engineers, testers, and validation teams, to develop and implement cutting-edge automotive solutions.

YOU WILL

• Define technical requirements in collaboration with the client and coordinate their implementation across different teams
• Manage the process of creating and implementing functionalities, including requirements review, implementation monitoring, and test procedure analysis
• Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Managers to ensure a smooth process flow
• Collaborate between the technical center and production regarding product development
• Verify if the functionality has been implemented
• Participate in internal and external project meetings

MUST HAVE

• 10+ years experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with automotive systems
• Proficiency in signal processing, video processing, data transfer (Ethernet, CAN), and Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) Standard
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and systems engineering processes
• Strong foundation in mathematics, probability theory, regression analysis, and calculus
• Understanding of software engineering principles, including lifecycle models, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience with risk management, quality management, configuration management, and system lifecycle models
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail and analyze complex system interactions
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
• Good English knowledge

NICE TO HAVE

• Background in business and project management
• Technical leadership skills, including stakeholder management, decision-making, and risk assessment
• Hands-on experience with modeling tools, system simulations, or AI-driven automotive technologies
