PROJECT

We’re seeking highly motivated Software Engineers to develop innovative interior sensing technology designed to enhance the safety and comfort of vehicle cabins.

Interior sensing is a rapidly growing area that enables life-saving features such as driver drowsiness and attention monitoring, seat belt recognition, and left-behind child detection, along with convenience functions like gesture recognition.

In this role, you will help bring the next generation of interior sensing innovations to life by collaborating with a global engineering team to design, implement, and test software features and user-focused use cases.


YOU WILL

  • Implement robust and highly reusable software to monitor the vehicle interior
  • Develop in C++ and Python across multiple platforms and embedded systems
  • Implement Functional Safety requirements according to ISO 26262
  • Integrate machine learning models for driver behavior monitoring
  • Support System Engineers in defining system architecture
  • Write high-quality, reusable code using C++ and Python for PCs and embedded SoCs
  • Ensure software quality goals are met
  • Collaborate closely with global engineering counterparts to meet program deliverables on time


MUST HAVE

  • MSc degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related)
  • 8+ years of professional experience writing software using C++
  • Experience with C++17
  • Proven track record in projects implementing Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
  • Working knowledge of Python
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile development environments
  • Familiarity with microcontroller and processor design/programming


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with machine learning model integration
  • Knowledge of automotive middleware and embedded architectures
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork in a global setup
