YOU WILL
- Design electronic devices for automotive applications according to stakeholder requirements with a focus on low-cost, high-reliability and high-volume manufacturing
- Create design documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.)
- Circuit calculations and simulations, validation, and prototype testing
- Prepare plans and support validation testing for prototypes
- Liaise with suppliers of electronic components and tools to support design
- Suggest cost and quality improvements to existing designs
- EMC design and optimization
- Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams
- Active participation in peer reviews
- Follow the Electrical Design Process
- Continuous development of professional qualifications
- Secure confidential information and company property
MUST HAVE
- Engineering and/or Master's Degree in Electronics (or similar)
- Experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits with a particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium-power analog circuits, and signal measurement
- Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools
- Good English skills (both spoken and written)
- Communication skills
- Team oriented
- Honesty in relation to company, clients, and co-operators
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in electronics design for EMI/EMC compliance
- Knowledge about High-speed digital interfaces
- Availability if required
