Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
Take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle – from architecture and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Build robust, high-performance server-side solutions for production environments.
Design and maintain APIs, including AI-powered endpoints integrating with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop and optimize integrations with vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
Contribute to the design and evolution of the engineering architecture and codebase.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

6+ years of experience developing backend applications in production environments.
Strong commercial experience with Python.
Experience working with SQL databases.
Experience designing and building large-scale, distributed systems.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Strong understanding of backend architecture and software design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
