PROJECT

We are looking for a Prototype Coordinator to join a leading engineering environment, where you will support multiple project teams in planning and executing prototype builds. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional departments including project management, quality, validation, and logistics. You'll ensure components are sourced, tracked, and delivered efficiently to meet tight development timelines.


YOU WILL

  • Maintain a coordinated plan for building prototypes across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute prototype phases
  • Estimate prototype build costs
  • Define part and material requirements based on technical documentation
  • Track orders and ensure availability of components
  • Cooperate with the Quality Department and Product Validation teams
  • Work closely with internal logistics and external suppliers
  • Handle confidential information and safeguard company property


MUST HAVE

  • University degree in a technical or economic field
  • Understanding of technical documentation and ability to interpret engineering drawings
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently on problem-solving tasks
  • Strong sense of integrity and professionalism in interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners
  • Confident use of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
