PROJECT

You will join the System Integration (SI) department, whose mission is to deliver exceptional value and customer experience through agility, speed, and collaboration.


As part of a multi-disciplined project team, you will work on the design and delivery of complex mission-critical voice and data systems.

In this role, you will be a member of the International SI Support function, providing back-office support to the Project Management community. Your contribution will enable the efficient delivery of SI projects, help resolve project issues, and provide valuable data to support decision-making and improve business outcomes.


YOU WILL

  • Provide technical support for the design, POC, testing, and implementation of workflows (Kissflow) covering:
    • Procurement Purchase Order Requests and Invoicing
    • Risk Release or Expenditure Approvals
    • Project Start and Close Requests
    • Customer and Internal Change Orders
    • Project-to-Service handover workflows
    • Other workflows under development
  • Support documentation for Freight, Shipping, Import/Export, Customs, and regulatory permits/licenses
  • Liaise with 3rd party iProcurement vendors where applicable
  • Prepare and maintain customer manuals, sales invoicing, packing lists, certificates of origin, and airway bills
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth project execution

MUST HAVE

  • Project/program management experience
  • Knowledge of Program Management Office (PMO) processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Understanding of order management processes/systems
  • Strong data gathering, analysis, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with global, cross-site teams


NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of Import/Export controls and Incoterms
  • Familiarity with logistics and shipping documentation
  • Previous experience in workflow automation tools (e.g., Kissflow)
