PROJECT
Support Hub is a suite of self-service products designed to help users find solutions before contacting support. This includes tools like support pages and knowledge articles. We are looking for a Product Owner who will guide the vision, roadmap, and requirements, ensuring the best user experience and business value.
YOU WILL
- Define and manage the Product Backlog and Product Roadmap
- Collaborate with the Development Team and Business Stakeholders
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Define and monitor KPIs for the product
- Analyze data from Google Analytics and monitoring tools
- Gather and interpret customer feedback
MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in Agile software development
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Focus on delivering business value
- Ability to empathize with customer needs
- Experience in leading software projects
- Proactive attitude, able to take initiative
- Fluent English (collaboration with the USA team)
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous Business Analyst experience
- Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO)
- Familiarity with user story mapping, impact mapping, evidence-based management
