PROJECT
We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer who will join the team to build a high-scale, low-latency component. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead a team that designs, develops and deploys critical modules.
YOU WILL
· Develop, code, test, and debug moderately complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software
· Be tech lead for developers in your team
· Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them
· Be part of and lead discussions on tech panels, propose suggestions for improvements and enhancements
· Design and code moderately complex applications using advanced technology
· Design, build and demonstrate prototype applications
MUST HAVE
- Minimum 9 years of hands-on C++ programming
- Experience in engineering for the cloud system in C++
- Solid tech background in creating new/or enhancing existing microservices
- Deep knowledge of functional programming, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems and systems architecture
- Strong experience in database systems with both relational and NoSQL stores
- Experience in Cloud deployments, preferably in GCP
- Expert practical knowledge of Agile and Lean processes
- Experience in leading a team of developers
- Excellent English communication skills
