PROJECT
We are looking for professionals who will join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing PowerShell new functionalities and/or modifying existing scripts to meet new or updated requirements in team-owned products.
The responsibilities include writing/updating a code that automates the process of installing and configuring Microsoft servers and services, documenting the work proposing changes and improvements in the existing code, and automating as much as possible the existing manual work.
The project scope includes automation of the platform's installation, upgrades, configuration, and hardening. The project uses Agile methodologies.
YOU WILL
- Develop new requirements using PowerShell
- Write tests in Pester
- Automate repeatable manual work
- Integrate and automate all possible technical dependencies
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner and Architect(s) to align to ongoing product changes
- Monitor the process, document the outcomes, and troubleshoot
- Make ideas for improving the products
MUST HAVE
- Excellent Powershell advanced scripting knowledge
- Knowledge of modern programming standards
- Good knowledge of GIT / Bitbucket environments
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an international team
- English language skills at a level allowing efficient communication
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience in installing and configuring Windows-based Operating Systems and services (i.e. Active Directory, DNS, NPS, Windows unattended installation)
- Experience in JIRA
