Design, develop and maintain cloud-based applications using Java.
Review proposed solutions to ensure alignment with CTO Platforms objectives and standards.
Champion high standards in software engineering, including code quality, security, and maintainability.
Deliver appropriate, comprehensive automated testing as part of every change (unit, integration, and regression where applicable).
Approach technical challenges with an open collaborative mindset.
Take initiative to improve the developer experience and efficiency.
Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to less experienced colleagues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear business-level English and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong software engineering fundamentals with a polyglot mindset; proven ability to deliver in more than one language and ecosystem.
Experience with Java and frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot is desirable, but not essential. Candidates strong in other languages and motivated to learn Java are welcome.
Strong grasp of functional, non-blocking, asynchronous programming. Comfort working with modern concurrency models and reactive approaches.
Hands-on cloud experience. Practical capability designing, building, and operating workloads in the cloud.
Strong testing approach selection skills. Sound judgement applying the right testing techniques for the context (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end).
Performance testing knowledge (nice to have). Familiarity with performance test design, execution, and interpretation of results.
API security at scale experience (beneficial).
Knowledge of securing high-volume APIs, including authentication, authorisation, and threat mitigation.
High attention to detail. Consistent focus on quality, accuracy, and maintainability.

Relocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory, and you need to relocate from another city.
