PROJECT

Join a cutting-edge team working on Driver Monitoring System (DMS) camera development for the automotive sector. This role focuses on the design and validation of electronic devices tailored for high-reliability, cost-efficient, and mass-produced in-vehicle systems.

You will collaborate with local and remote engineering teams, take part in the full lifecycle of electronic design — from schematics to prototype testing — and contribute to innovations that improve safety and performance in modern vehicles.

YOU WILL

• Design electronic hardware components for automotive applications based on stakeholder requirements
• Create and maintain design documentation (schematics, PCB layouts, electrical characteristics)
• Perform circuit calculations, simulations, and support prototype testing and validation
• Collaborate with suppliers of components and tools
• Propose improvements to existing designs in terms of cost, quality, and manufacturability
• Focus on EMC-compliant design and optimization
• Execute tasks in line with Aptiv’s quality standards and processes
• Cooperate with cross-functional and international teams
• Actively participate in design peer reviews and follow structured design procedures

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Engineering or Master’s degree in Electronics or related field
• Experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits
• Familiarity with microcontroller-based systems, analog signal measurement, and medium-power circuitry
• Hands-on skills in CAD and circuit simulation tools
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• High standards of professional integrity and accuracy

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC design principles and compliance processes
• Familiarity with high-speed digital interfaces
• Availability for flexible or urgent support when required
