PROJECT

Join a cutting-edge automotive technology company, contributing to the development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and vehicle safety solutions. As a Functional Safety System Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and executing system activities, ensuring compliance with functional safety standards, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automotive solutions.

YOU WILL

• Organize and execute systems activities in projects
• Define and estimate the project's technical and organizational resources required for systems activities
• Coordinate, with other competencies (SW, HW, ME), the development of the system concept in projects
• Take ownership of key safety architecture-related work products at the vehicle level
• Provide technical advice and oversight in projects for customer requirements elicitation, system requirements, and system architecture development according to AS&UX standards
• Provide technical support and coordinate technical aspects of project development in close relation with project involved competencies (PjM, SYS, SW, HW, ME, IT&V, PT&V, MNG, etc.)
• Represent the project in front of the customer for technical discussions
• Lead and mentor technical problem-solving activities
• Care for a good company image, confidential information, and the company’s property
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and safety standards

MUST HAVE

• Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science, or related
• 5+ years experience
• Functional Safety experience (ISO 26262)
• Experience in full project lifecycle development
• Knowledge of requirements engineering and software engineering for embedded systems
• Proficiency in systems engineering tools and methodologies
• Experience coordinating systems team activities in multiple projects
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion)
• Strong familiarity with MS Office
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of ADAS systems, vehicle ECU communication, cameras, and radars
• Understanding of automotive market technical solutions
• Experience with software and hardware integration in automotive projects
