PROJECT

Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Data & Dashboard Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data solutions and dashboards. You will lead data infrastructure efforts to ensure security, performance, and scalability while empowering stakeholders with insightful and impactful visualizations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a cross-cultural environment and collaborate with global teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures.

YOU WILL

• Design data models, develop databases (SQL and NoSQL), and build robust data warehouses to support analytics needs.
• Lead the design and maintenance of secure data infrastructure, minimizing unauthorized access and data leak risks.
• Process large datasets using programming languages such as Python or Perl
• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Grafana, ensuring high-quality data visualization and insights delivery
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborate effectively in team environments
• Write and maintain shell scripts in Linux and manage Docker container images
• Handle data in YAML and JSON formats and ensure seamless data workflows
• Work across both on-premises and cloud environments to deploy and manage data solutions
• Present technical solutions effectively to stakeholders and secure buy-in for project initiatives

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and dashboarding
• Expertise in data model design, database development (SQL/NoSQL), and data analytics
• Proficiency in Python or Perl for processing large data sets
• Experience with Git, Linux, and shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with Docker and dashboarding tools like Grafana
• Proficiency in YAML, JSON, and managing both on-prem and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
• Good English knowledge

• Experience in presenting technical solutions to stakeholders
• Familiarity with advanced security practices for data infrastructure
