YOU WILL
- Collect, format, organize, manage, and maintain the information collected as evidence for and document responses to security/privacy compliance questionnaires, and other compliance activities concerning products and services offered by our company
- Assist in response creation and assembling of finalized responses to the original format or assessment portal (as required)
- Support the daily activities associated with the implementation of the Data Protection Products Compliance Operations program
- Perform other compliance, data protection, and privacy-relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned
MUST HAVE
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Data Processing, Information Security, Data Analysis, Project Management, or other related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five years of related work experience, which includes two years of practical experience in compliance activities (Information Security, Privacy, or Audit certification)
- Proficient with Google Office suite - Gmail, Chat, Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms
- Able to work efficiently in commonly used management and compliance tools such as Asana, OneTrust, Coalfire, ServiceNow or similar
- Able to effectively communicate with technology professionals; data analysis skills required.
- Be familiar with compliance principles and risk assessment processes, information security, privacy and data protection laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience with compliance standards at all levels (local, state, federal, and international) and familiarity with industry-specific regimes, e.g., NIST, ISO 27000, SOC2, PCI, GDPR, etc.
