You will

• Set the long-term commercial strategic direction for assigned Business Services categories
• Influence business and broader category stakeholders
• Develop relationships with senior leadership
• Develop a supply base that meets the evolving needs of the category
• Lead supplier negotiations, ensuring a strategic contractual framework with minimal risk
• Provide subject matter expertise on complex purchasing, technical, legal, and contractual matters
• Define governance around best practices and purchasing policies
• Achieve assigned category targets for cost reductions
• Implement Global Category Strategies
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews
• Be responsible for category spend, savings forecasting, and reporting
• Support occasional evening work hours to collaborate with North American business partners and suppliers

Must have

• Bachelor's Degree (in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement or Business)
• 3+ years of Procurement Category Management or equivalent
• Strong experience managing complex strategic sourcing projects
• Experience working in a large, complex, global business
• Experience running RFx processes
• Contract negotiations without much Legal guidance
• Ability to support large/complex supplier deals, potentially including Hardware, Software, and Services integrated solutions
• Ability to interact with and present to VP Levels
• Core analytic skills to independently dive into an unclear area and make sense of it
• Supplier and Customer-oriented skills
• Good English skills (both spoken and written)
