We are looking for a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DRP) Specialist to support and expand a global resiliency program across product teams and supply chain partners.

The main goal of this role is to ensure seamless business continuity and operational readiness, while maintaining ISO 22301 certification and strengthening the organization’s crisis management capabilities.

This is not a purely compliance-driven role – it combines training, program development, operational execution, and stakeholder collaboration across a global environment.

You will

• Develop and maintain Business Continuity training programs and learning paths
• Act as SME for the Noggin platform and support users in plan maintenance and incident management
• Lead BCP compliance for key sites, including testing, audits, and ongoing maintenance
• Drive deployment of the BCP program across product teams and the supply chain
• Support ISO 22301 audits and maintain BCMS documentation (audit readiness)

Must have

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management, or Disaster Recovery
• Experience managing multiple projects or compliance cycles simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with risk management or BCM tools (e.g., Noggin or similar)
• Technical affinity – ability to work with systems, data, and documentation tools
• Fluent English (daily work in a global environment)

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of ISO 22301 or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Google Workspace AI features)
• Background in tech/product-driven organizations
