PROJECT

Join Digital Business Automation (DigiBA) within a global engineering area focused on enabling reliable, secure, and scalable automation services across the organization.

The team supports critical enterprise platforms, including Managed File Transfer (MFT), Service Orchestration & Automation Platform (SOAP / Control-M), and Scheduling solutions (IWS + Automation Point).

You will join a newly created technology POD responsible for delivering open-source software solutions supporting internal automation and operational use cases.

YOU WILL

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support engineering teams in adopting Agile best practices across Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models
• Own backlog governance together with Product Owners and help prioritize work effectively
• Identify delivery blockers, dependencies, and operational inefficiencies and drive them to resolution
• Track delivery health using Agile metrics such as cycle time, throughput, predictability, and quality indicators
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across delivery processes, workflows, and collaboration models
• Lead structured problem-solving sessions including root cause analysis and improvement workshops
• Collaborate with architecture, security, risk, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery alignment
• Promote engineering best practices including CI/CD, automation, testing, and Definition of Done standards
• Build a collaborative, transparent, and psychologically safe team environment

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Continuous Improvement roles
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience working in technology or IT delivery environments
• Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience driving process improvements and delivery optimization initiatives
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze delivery metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and engineering workflows
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working within enterprise or regulated environments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe
• Background in process automation or operational excellence initiatives
• Experience supporting platform engineering or infrastructure-focused teams
