Project

Join a global engineering organization developing advanced AI/ML solutions for next-generation mobility and intelligent platforms. The role focuses on driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams, including algorithm development, infrastructure, tooling, and product functions. You will be responsible for aligning global initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic AI/ML programs.

You will

• Create and manage a comprehensive product/program roadmap, including key initiatives, milestones, and timelines.
• Oversee execution across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, delivery progress, and early risk escalation.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, sales, and marketing teams to define priorities and requirements.
• Partner with Product teams to align roadmap execution with business objectives
• Introduce and standardize delivery processes across AI/ML projects to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare strategic recommendations based on impact analysis, investment priorities, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate global execution across North America, Europe, and China, including resource planning and alignment.
• Drive horizontal collaboration across multiple programs to improve cross-platform integration.
• Support preparation of high-visibility demos and executive presentations

Must have

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager / Delivery Lead in technology organizations
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving engineering and product teams
• Background in AI / ML / Data / Software Engineering environments
• Proven track record in roadmap ownership, execution governance, and stakeholder management
• Experience managing global teams across multiple regions and time zones
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and measuring delivery success
• Ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and drive execution in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, mobility, autonomous systems, or embedded technology
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, or platform engineering
• Experience supporting executive demos or customer-facing strategic initiatives
• PMP / Agile / SAFe certifications
