Join a global platform engineering team responsible for delivering AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and engineering productivity across enterprise technology platforms.
You will work closely with product teams to identify AI opportunities, build production-ready solutions, and help integrate AI into existing engineering platforms.
You will
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases together with product teams
- Build prototypes and transform them into production-ready solutions
- Develop AI-powered services integrated with enterprise platforms
- Design APIs and integrate with existing systems and data sources
- Define KPIs and continuously improve delivered solutions
- Contribute reusable engineering assets, templates, and best practices
- Collaborate with global engineering teams in an Agile environment
Must have
- Strong software engineering experience delivering production applications
- Excellent Python programming skills
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and operational metrics
- Experience building scalable backend services and APIs
- Understanding of software engineering best practices
- Experience with AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
- Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience in regulated industries
