You'll be joining a leading technology provider in the global travel and tourism industry.
You will
- Work on SmartFlow toolkit
- Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them
- Resolve customer complaints with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
- Assist in the development of software technical documentation
- Create optimization programs to resolve problems
- Design and build prototype applications
Must have
- At least 3 years of experience
- Solid experience with Oracle SQL
- Experience with C++/C# programing
- Analytical mind-set
- Strong with regular expressions
- Strong with XML
- Good communication skills
- Good in English
- Analytical mind-set
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Shell scripting
- Experience with Python scripting
- Travel industry
