PROJECT
Join a team working on a platform used by airlines and travel industry players to manage fares, bookings, and ticket sales. Your work will focus on developing and maintaining parts of the Passenger Service System (PSS) — a suite of applications supporting all passenger-related operations, from booking to boarding.
YOU WILL
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
- Implement new features and enhance existing solutions
- Work with technologies like Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Camel
- Handle bug fixes and respond to improvement requests
- Collaborate with technical and business teams
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation
- Support performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Potentially prototype new applications and tools
MUST HAVE
- 5–7 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java / Java EE technologies
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, XML, and Web Services
- Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL)
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with build tools: Ant / Maven / Gradle
- Experience with Apache Camel and/or ServiceMix
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with JMS, MOM, JBoss, JMX, Drools
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and JUnit/unit testing
