PROJECT

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing multilayer PCBs with a focus on low-cost, high-reliability solutions that support high-volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in PCB design, especially in advanced signal interfaces and PCB technology.

YOU WILL

• Design and verify multilayer PCBs with attention to cost efficiency, reliability, and mass-production readiness
• Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCB layouts, electrical characteristics, etc.)
• Perform circuit calculations and simulations required for PCB design
• Cooperate with local and remote engineering teams
• Actively participate in peer reviews
• Follow Electrical Design Processes and quality system requirements
• Protect confidential information and company property
• Deliver assigned tasks on time and in compliance with established procedures

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience
• An engineering degree in Electronics or a similar field
• Experience in PCB design for digital and analog circuits, with particular focus on microcontroller-based systems, medium power analog circuits, and signal measurement
• Experience in designing PCBs for EMI/EMC compliance
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design
• Hands-on experience with CAD design and simulation tools
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Leadership and communication skills
• Strong team orientation

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with high-volume products
• Understanding of PCB manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of advanced signal interface integration
• Familiarity with automotive or industrial environments
