We’re looking for a RevOps (Revenue Operations) to take ownership of the building and optimizing processes across sales, marketing, and customer service. Your data-driven approach and passion for analysis and automation will be key in driving the company’s growth while keeping clients at the heart of everything it does.

YOU WILL

• Design, optimize, and automate workflows to enhance revenue-related processes.
• Provide actionable insights by analyzing business data and sharing results across the organization.
• Enable smooth data flows between systems using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or Make
• Collaborate with different teams to improve efficiency and performance
• Build a Revenue Operations team to support long-term growth

MUST HAVE

• Expertise in process optimization and workflow automation
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot
• A proactive approach, especially in the area of data processing and analysis
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to present findings effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor or consult
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments within the organization
• A systematic and self-organized approach to work
• Understanding the specifics of SaaS products
• Fluency in Polish (native/C2) and English (B2+)
