PROJECT

You’ll join a team responsible for the development and maintenance of a key Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, the master customer data source for both Sales and Support teams.

This role goes beyond pure development, it’s about innovation, improvement, and creating real impact on customer-facing processes.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing functionalities as well as implementing enhancements that support the organization’s growth and efficiency.

YOU WILL

• Maintain & Extend Dynamics 365 CRM customizations used by Sales & Support teams.
• Design & Develop Power Apps / Power Automate flows to support business processes
• Build new features
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing solutions
• Be responsible for identifying and suggesting improvements beyond initial specifications

MUST HAVE

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement: Online version, experience from Sales and Customer Service modules
• Power Platform: Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps
• Dataverse: advanced use including relationships, views, formulas, and scripts
• JavaScript for Dynamics 365, for form and field logic
• Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD): integration and user management
• REST API / OData: integration with external systems
• Office 365 / M365: integrations and usage in a CRM context
• Fluency in English and Polish

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Intune integration and device management from a CRM perspective
• Knowledge of integration with accounting systems
• Experience with customer service portals (third-party solutions)
• Knowledge of e-commerce/webshop integrations
• Experience with Azure Functions or other serverless development
• Familiarity with AL coding or Business Central customizations
• Experience with test automation and DevOps for Dynamics 365
