YOU WILL
- Lead a team and be responsible for achieving shared project goals
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of technology products — from concept, requirements gathering, and specification through implementation and release
- Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget
- Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
- Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement, focusing on cost-effective and scalable solutions
- Support product deployment, user training, and post-release activities, including maintenance and upgrades
MUST HAVE
- Must have at least 7-9 years of experience
- Proven leadership ability
- Advanced computer software skills
- Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- CSM
