PROJECT

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join an enterprise-scale project within the airline / GDS domain.

You will play a key role in shaping business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery meets business expectations.

This is a high-impact role. You will own the backlog, support release planning, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.

YOUR ROLE

• Break down and prioritize the team backlog.
• Analyze business/customer problems and identify product gaps.
• Provide input to the technical and business aspects of requirements.
• Collaborate with the team during sprint planning and execution.
• Drive go/no-go decisions for releases with key stakeholders.
• Accept and sign off on user stories.
• Create Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Verify release notes, SAN, and User Guides.
• Own the sizing process and conduct customer demos.
• Support Product Managers and interface with Marketing/Customers.

MUST HAVE

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology projects.
• At least 2 years in a BA or TPM role.
• Strong experience in the airline or GDS domain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
• Advanced computer software skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Understanding of CVT, certification, and promotion environments.
• Familiarity with release management processes.
