Project
As a Kubernetes and Databases Administrator, you will be supporting mission-critical applications and the infrastructure of our global enterprise customers.
You will
- Handle Incidents and Changes of 24x7x365 mission-critical infrastructure
- Work with 3rd-level teams to solve incidents
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents using monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus.
- Implement change tasks according to the given runbooks
Must have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering
- About 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Thorough knowledge of Linux, preferably RedHat and SUSE
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Podman
- Good networking know-how: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS
- Basic experience in monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana/ELK Stack
- Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with Git
- Experience with AWS (EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, DynamoDB)
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
- Being a team player with good communication skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience in Java-based application support
- German
