Challenge
The first project for Motorola Solutions Polska involved providing thirty C++ programmers by Infolet. Twenty specialists were to be at the senior level and ten at the junior level.

Implementation
We started cooperation in the first days of December 2005.
In the second week of December, we presented our first candidates to Project Managers from Motorola. The first programmers started work in January.
By the end of March, we had employed ten juniors and eighteen seniors and tasked them to work on projects.
Because the company’s managers quickly saw the benefits of cooperation with our consultants, we established long-term collaboration, which continues to this day in a slightly changed form.
From March 2006 till now, nearly 300 Infolet consultants have supported Motorola Solutions Polska projects. Almost 100 people started working on projects in the first year of cooperation.
