Our specialists were tasked with maintaining and developing the bank’s online platform.

Infolet was responsible for recruiting specialists in the following areas:

• Developers (Java, JavaScript, Visual Basic, SQL, Oracle, HTML, XHTML)
• Network and system administrators.

The duration of cooperation was from March to May 2009.

Our main challenge was setting up a single communication channel and defining the candidate requirements. Our collaborative effort to standardize the recruitment requirements has produced positive results. 

This has improved the coordination between the recruitment department and project managers and instilled confidence in the process.

In the end, Infolet recruited 4 Java programmers for the project, which significantly impacted the functionalities of the bank’s online platform at the time.
