Recruitment of IT specialists from various fields:

The primary challenge we encountered was the recruitment of specialists for our offices in Warsaw and Gdańsk.

In 2007, online interviews and remote recruitment were virtually non-existent; all interviews were in-person.

We established an office in Warsaw to ensure the highest quality services for our clients and candidates.

The collaboration started in July 2007 and concluded in December 2008.

During our collaboration, the client expressed a need for specialized professionals.

We utilized traditional job advertisements and direct searches to present high-quality candidates.

The client collaborated with ten specialists and continued working with them for several years.
