Today, we present Marcin Kołodziej, who joined our company in mid-November. Marcin talks about his professional experience, why he decided to join Infolet and what approach he would advise at the beginning of his professional career.

What is your experience?
I have sixteen years of professional experience and have been associated with two other organizations before Infolet. I’ve had the privilege of working in large companies with a global reach in a fully international environment. This diverse experience has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to Infolet.

Currently, my professional activity mainly focuses on building, modifying and scaling businesses and management. I operate according to the principle “I make things happen”.
What is your advice for yourself at the beginning of your professional career?
What we achieve rarely depends on luck – business is simply done. Failure is a more valuable lesson than success. Try!
What is the best lesson in life you have learned so far?
For today – that’s the whole experience related to the Camino. I can’t help but feel that this journey is life in the lens!

What are your hobbies?
It definitely includes personal development, mentoring, books, and sports! I also like experimenting in the kitchen.
