For our Partner, international IT company in Krakow, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with a can-do attitude.

Job description

You will provide administrative support directly to the Country Manager and employees within engineering organization. The scope of work is all possible administrative tasks that will be asked by the country manager, coordination of internal events with full administrative support and anything related to logistics of an event, support for guests visits, management of support phones for engineers, booking of meeting rooms in case it is required and any other task from admin perspective when needed.
