Join an international team responsible for Third-Party Risk and Vendor Management. You will monitor vendor performance and risk exposures, support cyclical risk reviews, coordinate remediation activities, and work closely with senior stakeholders, risk teams, cybersecurity, auditors, regulators, and external vendors.

The role combines third-party risk management, vendor management, operational risk, and stakeholder management in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

You will

• Review and monitor Third-Party Risk and vendor performance at engagement and vendor level.
• Support Third-Party Engagement Managers, Case Managers, and vendors during QBRs, performance reviews, risk assessments, cybersecurity reviews, and business continuity reviews.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs
• Track and coordinate remediation actions resulting from risk and performance reviews.
• Maintain transparent communication with risk owners, senior management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and respond to management information, analysis, and reports
• Support communication with internal and external auditors and local regulators
• Ensure adherence to the Third-Party Risk framework, policies, and processes
• Track and manage the use of risk management tools and utilities
• Escalate material or regulatory third-party risk exposures to the appropriate stakeholders
• Work with cybersecurity, business continuity, operational risk, and vendor management teams
• Contribute to the implementation of target operating model practices across core processes

Must have

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with strong experience in Third-Party Risk Management
• At least 5 years of Vendor Management experience
• Strong understanding of third-party risk, vendor risk, and operational risk management
• Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, risk assessments, and remediation plans
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior management
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, influencing, and commercial skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multicultural international environment
• Strong relationship management and risk management skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and resources effectively
• Experience with TPRM tools, such as Coupa or ServiceNow
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience in the cybersecurity domain
• Background in a financial services or highly regulated environment
• Experience working with auditors, regulators, and operational risk functions
• Knowledge of business continuity and resilience processes
• Experience with enterprise-scale vendor management frameworks
