PROJECT
Our client is preparing to migrate their existing corporate website and e-commerce store from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10/11.
The project will be divided into phases. Phase 1 focuses on a detailed estimation and execution plan for the migration, followed by the actual migration of the entire platform.
Future phases:
- Website redesign (UX/UI + front-end) – approx. 10–15 subpages
- Updates to payment and login modules
- Consideration of moving the e-commerce part to a lighter, modern technology in the long term
YOU WILL
- Lead the assessment of the current Drupal 7 platform and its e-commerce components.
- Estimate the full migration scope to Drupal 10/11, including modules, architecture, integrations, and content migration strategy.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and the recommended approach for the migration.
- (If engaged further) Perform or oversee the full migration to Drupal 10/11
- Consult and advise on best practices for long-term scalability and platform modernization
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in Drupal
- Proven commercial experience in Drupal migrations, specifically Drupal 7 → Drupal 9/10/11
- Experience with Drupal e-commerce modules (Commerce or custom)
- Ability to independently estimate complex migration projects (modules, data, content, integrations, theming)
- Ability to work autonomously without the need for step-by-step guidance
- Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, custom modules, theming, and performance aspects
- Experience in information architecture and UX design
- Experience in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue)
- Fluent in Polish and English
