Job description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst who under intermittent supervision will:
  • Build and utilize automation tools with respect to the release management process
  • Define, design and implement new and update solutions in AWS for development, certification and/or production. Propose and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of systems
  • Actively participate in Change, Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management processes as well as on-call support
  • While working on incidents will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnose and take actions and triage for production systems
  • Design and implement improvements to increase stability and uptime in production environments with oversight and support of Integration, Certification and Staging environments
  • Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

Requirements

  • Windows/Linux OS knowledge at administration level
  • Strong Windows skills, Windows Services, MS Clustering experience at admin level
  • WebServer admin knowledge (IIS, Tomcat)
  • Advanced Cloud & Containers knowledge
  • Programming/Scripting languages (Powershell, Python, Bash)
  • Understanding of SDLC Automation (Jenkins, IaaC)
  • Configuration Management (Puppet, Ansible)
  • Knowledge of Database (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, RDS, Redis, MongoDB)
  • Monitoring and Alerting (Zabbix, AppDynamics, Cloudwatch, ELK, Graphana)
  • Experience with networks and knowledge of internet/web acceleration technology such as F5 Networks Global Traffic Manager (GTM)
  • Experience with Agile Methodology
  • ITSM knowledge
  • Advanced Oral and Written communication in English
