Software Support Specialist


We are looking for an experienced person. Your scope of duties will include receiving orders through various channels (e-mail, telephone, communicators) from project teams (it works as a second line of support).

You will

  • Have tasks like: changing privacy settings, changing e-mails, security verification
  • Support teams responsible for creating systems for servicing telco subscribers – ID (login) DOB (payments) and Privacy (consents)

Must have

  • Very good English
  • Experience in telecommunication/ fintech industry (in 2nd line)
  • Zendesk/Jira or similar platform
