PROJECT

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to navigate the world of service contracts and operational excellence? Join our dynamic EMEA Support Services team and play a key role in managing and optimizing contract processes for some of the world’s leading support service operations.

YOU WILL

• Manage and maintain the contract renewal tracker – daily/weekly updates and monthly summaries for service leaders.
• Oversee Install Base administration for service systems and contracts
• Coordinate the handover process – collecting documentation and setting up Site IDs
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and ad hoc reporting
• Deliver business intelligence insights for services and contracts – supporting new reporting requests and ongoing data needs
• Support system upgrades – ensuring all data in IB, Remedy, and service contract systems are accurate and up-to-date
• Act as a liaison between Customer Success Managers, Finance, Field Service, Order Management, and Tech Support teams
• Manage third-party contract renewals and operational support for external service partners
• Contribute to onboarding and training of new team members
• Communicate regularly with EMEA teams throughout the contract lifecycle.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, order management, customer care, or a similar field
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
• Experience working with Oracle-based systems
• Great time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with Tableau or other BI tools
• Background in reporting, data analysis, or service operations in an international environment.
