PROJECT

YOU WILL
- Create technical documentation compliant with ISO 26262 and internal standards.
- Support system and hardware engineers in the field of reliability and functional safety
- Participate in technical reviews and project meetings
- Conduct reliability and safety analysis for EEA systems across multiple engineering domains (SYS/HW/ME/VAL/SW)
- Support the creation of Functional and Technical Safety Concepts to meet customer safety goals
- Define and manage the Functional Safety scope (DIA) for assigned projects
- Prepare and support safety and reliability analysis, such as FMEA / FMEDA / Pin Out DFMEA / Hardware Metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers/customers to ensure alignment on safety requirements
- Ensure customer safety and reliability requirements are well understood and implemented
- Contribute to identifying reliability improvement opportunities and reducing the cost of poor quality
- Uphold the company’s image, confidentiality, and protect intellectual property
- Deliver assigned tasks on time, by the internal quality system
- Continuously develop your professional qualifications through training and self-learning
MUST HAVE
- University degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 and Functional Safety principles
- Experience in preparing safety analyses (e.g., FMEA, FMEDA, Hardware Metrics)
- Knowledge of system, hardware, software, and validation processes (SYS, HW, SW, VAL)
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with tools like Polarion, Medini Analyze, and Ansys
- Ability to work with technical documentation and customer requirements
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
NICE TO HAVE
- Functional Safety certifications (e.g., ISO 26262 certified engineer)
- Experience working directly with customers and suppliers on safety-related topics
