PROJECT

Join a global organization delivering innovative solutions across industries. Support both pre-sales and post-sales project teams by building and optimizing a strategic vendor base, enabling dynamic responses to changing project demands. Drive cost efficiency and process excellence in procurement while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

YOU WILL

• Support project presale and post-sale teams by developing a supply base to meet changing requirements.
• Manage third-party vendor spend, forecast savings, and report on key procurement metrics.
• Drive cost reductions and improve project margins.
• Perform supplier relationship management, reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Use ERP systems and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
• Implement data-driven procurement practices.
• Build relationships with senior leadership and act as a strategic advisor.
• Provide subject matter expertise in complex commercial, legal, and contractual matters.
• Define governance models and enforce best purchasing practices and policies.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business).
• Experience in Procurement Category Management or similar roles.
• Strong background in managing complex, strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Experience working in a large, international, and matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in running RFx processes and negotiating contracts with minimal legal support.
• Ability to handle complex supplier deals involving hardware, software, and services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage VP-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work occasional evening hours to support global stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE

• Business acumen or experience in cross-functional project environments.
• Experience with AI tools or automation in procurement.
• Understanding of compliance and risk management in supplier contracts.
