Role overview

We are looking for a Middleware Engineer to support an application migration project as part of a data center migration program. The applications support payment card processing (acquiring and issuing) and operate in a three-tier architecture.

You will join the Middleware team to help build, migrate, and maintain critical systems ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.


You will

  • Work closely with Application & Middleware teams on BAU and migration tasks
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and execute builds, testing, and migrations
  • Support infrastructure setup, configuration, and access management
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across environments
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., Confluence)


Must have

  • Experience with application/data center migrations
  • Knowledge of:
    • BMC Control-M, Oracle APEX, ODI 12c
    • Oracle WebLogic, Service Bus, ORDS
    • Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle Internet Directory
    • PL/SQL and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Perl)
    • Automation tools (Ansible, Rundeck)
  • Understanding of:
    • High-availability and transaction processing systems
    • Infrastructure, networking, load balancing, TLS
  • Strong communication skills (Polish & English)
  • Team-oriented mindset, ownership, and reliability
