PROJECT

We’re seeking a Go/Golang Developer to join a fully remote, international development team.

You will be responsible for designing and developing microservices for web and mobile applications, as well as creating and maintaining cloud-native REST APIs using technologies such as AWS, Azure, and containers.

YOUR ROLE

• Design and build efficient microservices for mobile and web applications.
• Develop scalable and secure REST APIs from scratch.
• Integrate backend systems and connect to various databases.
• Ensure software quality by implementing unit, system, and integration tests.
• Collaborate closely within an Agile team (Scrum), delivering creative and effective solutions.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of Go (Golang) and experience with microservice development.
• Proven experience building REST APIs and working with databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools and environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Firebase).
• High level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

NICE TO HAVE

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written).
• Experience in international, distributed development teams.
