Join an engineering team responsible for developing and automating platform controls across internal developer and hosting platforms. The role combines software engineering, API development, automation, and technical leadership, with a strong focus on improving platform reliability, efficiency, and reuse.
You will
- Analyse business and technical requirements to understand how platform services can support and automate controls
- Design and develop automation services, workflows, integrations, and APIs
- Work with data schemas and process flows
- Develop solutions for automating controls at scale
- Contribute to the development of the Platform Control Plane
- Drive automation, process improvements, and reusable solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams across different locations and time zones
- Provide technical leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to define priorities and deliver new solutions
Must have
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with multiple programming languages / polyglot development
- Strong software engineering skills, including API development, database design, data schemas, and process flows
- Understanding of internal developer platforms, hosting platforms, and cloud environments
- Basic knowledge of Linux and web technologies
- Experience working with iterative software delivery methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience providing technical leadership across distributed/global teams
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
- Experience with automation and control-plane solutions
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Experience mentoring or supporting distributed engineering teams
- Knowledge of modern cloud platforms and platform engineering practices
