For our Partner, international company in Krakow, we are looking for Scrum Master.

Job description

As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for:  
  • Empower team to self-organize.
  • Facilitate communication and improve transparency.
  • Support Product Owner.
  • Cooperate with delivery manager.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum events.
  • Encourage discussion, conflict resolution, alternatives or different approaches.
  • Remove impediments the team will encounter.
  • Help mitigate distractions and increase the team's focus.
  • Facilitate product delivery via collaboration and discussion.
  • Track and communicate team progress, as well as sprint or release progress.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Scrum Master role for at least two years.
  • Very Good communicator and facilitator holding a can do attitude to solve problems.
  • Passion for building, leading and developing teams of software engineers and analysts.
  • Good knowledge of Scrum and software development processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and streams of work.
  • Engagement, excellence, open mind and eagerness for self-development.
  • Experience with other methodologies for managing software development projects and understand variety of software development life cycle models.
  • Experience in Software Development domain.

Additional requirements

  • Knowledge of JIRA, Rally, Clarity tools.
  • Knowledge of network oriented, backend software architectures.
  • Knowledge of C++, Java or C# technologies.
